419 is a nickname for financial fraud, advance fee fraud, internet fraud or cyberfraud associated with Nigerians. It is a common slang used and known in Nigeria or by Nigerians living abroad. Actually 419 is a penal code that refers to that sort of advance feed fraud where the offender collects money from unsuspecting victims in return for their end of the deal which they mostly do not fulfill or only do so partly.
